The Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland is an independent statutory authority established under the
Anti-Discrimination Act 1991. Our core business is to receive and deal with complaints of discrimination and
other contraventions of the Act, and to promote human rights in Queensland. We have offices in Brisbane, Rockhampton,
Townsville and Cairns.

Annual report 2008-09
The Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland annual report and financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2009 were tabled in Parliament on Friday 13 November 2009.
The report is also available on disc for people who do not have access to the web and hard copies can be

Anti-Discrimination Commissioner resigns to join QCAT
Queensland Anti-Discrimination Commissioner Susan Booth spent her last day with the
Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland (ADCQ) on 16th November, after more than 10 years with the organisation, six of which were spent in the role of Commissioner. Access the media release here. |
