Accessing information

The Right to Information provides new options for accessing information including the ADCQ's publication scheme and our Disclosure log.

Some documents are currently only available as PDF. Should you have difficulty accessing this information please contact the Right to Information Co-ordinator, who will endeavour to meet any reasonable request for an alternate version of the document without charge.

The Right to Information does not replace our existing administrative release processes.

If the information you want is not on our website, contact us to see if we have it and can release it to you informally.

You can make a formal application for access to information that is not your personal information. A prescribed application fee and other charges apply under the Right to Information Act 2009. An application must be made in the approved form which you can download from the Queensland government website.

If you want to access or amend your own personal information, you can contact us or make a formal application under the Information Privacy Act 2009 in the approved form.
