Commissioner Susan Booth

Susan Booth - Commissioner

Susan Booth is the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Commissioner, and has been appointed until 2011.

She has statutory powers to assess and conciliate complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment, victimisation and vilification, and to inform the community about their rights and responsibilities under the law.

Deputy Commissioner

The Deputy Commissioner is Neroli Holmes. She is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and has practised law in Queensland and the United Kingdom. Prior to appointment as Deputy, she held the positions of Registrar of the Anti-Discrimination Tribunal and Legal Officer at the Commission.
