Commission staff can come to your workplace or office to provide education sessions for your organisation. Sessions can be tailored to suit your needs, but are based on the list of sessions below. Recommended size for groups attending is between 8 and 25 participants.
An invoice is forwarded on completion of the session.

Tracking Your Rights (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education session)

| This course introduces the Tracking Your Rights information resource and informs participants about their rights and protection under the Act and is recommended for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and agencies. |

Introduction to the Anti-Discrimination Act for Managers

| This course will provide managers and supervisors with an understanding of the objectives of the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 and of their responsibilities under the Act, particularly in relation to vicarious liability. The course aims to assist organisations in creating discrimination and harassment free workplaces. Recommended for human resource practitioners, managers and supervisors. |

This course offers the chance to consider and discuss the best way for complaints to be managed in the workplace. It is recommended for human resource practitioners and staff who may be involved in the complaint management process. |

Fairness – Everyone’s Business

This course shows participants how to get the best out of their Fairness – Everyone’s Business training package. It provides participants with the skills to run a session in the workplace on discrimination issues and is recommended for workplace trainers and human resource practitioners.
The Fairness package, produced by the ADCQ is available for purchase for $562.00* (incl GST) and contains everything you need for a two hour session, including a Power Point presentation, visual scenarios, activities, tips for trainers, handouts and a comprehensive trainer's guide. Some knowledge of discrimination law is an advantage, but not essential.
